Join us for a unique journey through the landscape, from rocky ridges to creek lines, as we walk, observe, and share stories along the way. Led by Wiradjuri woman Emma Syme, we’ll explore the cultural history of the land and learn about Indigenous Land Management practices.
Along the walk, you'll also gain insights from:
Laura Fisher and Annabel from the Mulloon Institute, who will guide us on reading the landscape from a hydrological perspective.
Maddi from Watershed Landcare, sharing her plant identification skills.
Huw Evans from LLS, offering interesting insights into the Living on The Edge project.
A delicious afternoon tea is included.
Please Note: The walk will be mostly downhill, but some sections may be a bit scubby/bushy. Be sure to dress appropriately with sturdy shoes and long pants for comfort and protection.
Don’t miss out on this interesting walk out on Dabee, Wiradjuri Country.
