Sticks & Stones: Landscape Rehydration Workshop

  • 373 Wollar Road Cross Roads, NSW, 2850 Australia (map)

Event Description:

You're invited to join Watershed Landcare and The Mulloon Institute for a jam-packed one-day workshop on managing water and successfully implementing a landscape rehydration project on your property.

We'll start the day in the shearing shed with an enlightening talk and demonstration from Erin Healy from Mulloon Institute. In the afternoon, we'll head out to the project site, which is a gully erosion project. We'll observe how the remediation works done 10 years ago have worked, identify areas that might need repair, and then get hands-on by using the concepts we've learned to further repair the gully. You'll go home with practical skills on how to repair similar sites on your property.
