Watershed Landcare is partnering with the Rural Adversity Mental Health Program (ramhp) to help you care for your mental health and look out for those around you. This event is a safe space for men to learn new skills surrounding mental health and well-being.
This free course covers:
How to recognise and approach a person you're worried about
What is well-being & Mental Health
Information about suicide and how to talk about suicide
Stress and its impact
Advice on how to connect people to local support
Ways to look after your own mental health, and self-care strategies
