KOALA COMMUNITY DAY

Do you know there is a koala community living on our doorstep at Rockley Mount?

If you’d like to know about this little-known community, please join us at Perthville Hall to discover how a group of government & non-government agencies are working together to monitor and support this endangered species.

We will start at 1pm with a Welcome to Country from Bathurst Local Aboriginal Lands Council.

Followed by fun and games for the youngsters and young-at-heart, including art competitions, paint your own koala, and face painting.

Plus displays from Central Tableland Local Land Services, Central Tablelands Local Landcare, Bathurst Regional City Council, Biodiversity Conservation Trust, WIRES, Bathurst Local Aboriginal Lands Council, Kellie from Science for Wildlife.

Light refreshments will be available.
